John- I couldnt agree with you more.. great post! Actually, if you dig a bit- look at where the talking heads on CNBC came from for starters.. From Joe Kernan right to Mark Haines, these people are not financial people.. just American media gone wild.. Christ- if you listened to Maria on CNBC, she has been saying for 3 months now just how huge the pile of cash sitting on the sidelines is blah blah blah.. 10 minutes of research on THAT little tidbit would have resulted in any dummy releazing if you go back in history, cash on the sidelines had little if anything to do with market bottoms/crashes, etc etc... just a bunch of pretty faces who probably arnt even qualified to clean my apartment :)
