Too many tech holders are trapped at much higher prices. Its going to be a while before tech resumes its leadership role as there will be sellers as techs move higher. Of all those companies you mentioned EMLX looks the best chart.
Take a look at CPN and DYN. They should benefit from California's power crisis and they are pretty close to their
highs
