have a tendency to seriously "twist" the English language (witness the recent statement : "no one is paying Qualcomm royalties on W-CDMA")

(As in Bill Clinton's "it depends on what your definition of "is" ... is." (In other words -- present tense : no payments, future tense -- we weren't talking about future tense)) ...

Therefore ... I read ALL suspicious comments by the TDMA "camp" with an analytical bent of : could an asshole lawyer utter these words and NOT end up in jail ?

I think that saying "TDMA-EDGE" (when EDGE does not even exist now) does "grease" through the legal requirements of not committing perjury.
