If no '987 license agreement with Viking is announced soon, can't we expect an announcement from SNDK initiating patent infringement litigation? Jay, if no announcement is made soon maybe we'll see a shareholders' suit against SanDisk. Eli said during the last two c.c.'s that people were lining up for '987 licenses after the April court decision against Lexar. To date only the TDK license has been announced. I hope these licenses materialize soon. BTW, thought I would repost this recent Toshiba news as it relates to the upcoming JV... Message 14632199 Aus
