Pierre: The other thing you should consider is.. IT IS GOOD THAT THE SYSTEM HAS NO VALUE TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PARTNERS.. IT HAS NO VALUE TO THE BONDHOLDERS!!

The Bondholders of Iridium found that out!! They got nothing!! So either the bondholders will have to play the game.. Or BLS can throw them the keys to the constellation and say!!! Here you go boys.. Good Luck!!

I don't think you will find too many Bondholders that really want the keys!!

The CDMA license for use on Globalstar would be a real problem in my mind.. Remember, the license is not an asset of GLP.. GLP did not pay anything for the license.. The license was "Granted" to GLP.. Therefore it is not an asset that a judge could order to be transfered to the new owner.. IMO

There are just too many problems to overcome for a new owner.. Without the expressed aid of Q/L.

Are you suggesting a Mexican standoff? We might have another Clint Eastwood movie in the making.
