IT IS GOOD THAT THE SYSTEM HAS NO VALUE TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PARTNERS That kind of takes us back to where we started - and is at the crux of our differing perspectives. From my perspective the value of G* as an entity operating at capacity, and the risk to each partner of being squeezed out of that value, is what makes BK unlikely and the addition of capital from existing partners or a new partner more likely. Pierre
