My thought is that tech will lag for the first 6 to 9 months of this year... but we'll still get some rotating action.

As far as those tickers you posted, I've listed a few below. One of the things that Reid has always looked for in an optimal entry is getting in when the stochastics are under 30... the closer to zero the better. That would be indicative of an oversold condition. Once they get up into the 80-100 range like these are, they've become overbought-- so while they bear watching, I'd look for that more optimal entry.

Take a look at the Williams %R on this one. The recent turn down is indicating a trend change. This, and Friday's black candle need to be watched.

Besides what Donna wrote about CMOS, note that it is entering the deadly declining moving averages zone---where it has now failed to take out the previous peak at 27:

That makes it a good short candidate, IMHO. Sitting on support now at 22, and looks destined to test lower support at 20 soon.
