There have been rumors for months that there simply will not be gas to deliver -- no matter the price -- a bad prospect if you rely on gas to heat your home.

When the Dept of Energy freed up some strategic oil reserves for sale, I read somewhere that those reserves had to be replenished one year from the date of release- anyone else know if that is truly the case?
