Neocon, "The Princess Bride" is one of my all time favorite movies. My buddy's girlfriend and I have debated this film and she is convinced it is a "guy flick". I don't understand her opinion and she has never been to explain so I can understand it. Oh well. "I don't think that means what you think it means" and "Never get involved in a land war in Asia" are my two favorite lines. I actually went looking for the book and it has an interesting history, in addition to the screen writing that was done in the 70's. If you are interested I will dig up that detail from my "stack" in the basement (and yes I am the only one that refers to the mound of books and paper and misc as a stack...everyone else seems to think it an ordinary mess).
