Acquiring BLS would fly directly in the face of this condition. In particular, Miami was one of the three initial cities to deploy out-region local service. IMO, SBC/BLS merger has no chance. Also, SBC controls Cingular. Any BLS aspirations for CDMA, which I believe are many, will not take place through Cingular. Cooters
