Thanks for the answer on your SPX value scan. I don't see why the strategy won't work again this year. There may be some real bargains here soon if the old lows don't hold. I'm looking hard at Timber here. Lumber price is at an 8 year low, and some of these companies are still paying big dividends. Can't find much wrong with this one- other than a drop in revenue due to the low price of timber: finance.yahoo.com Whadda ya think?
