I don't think there is much tax loss selling...i think it's gains being realized here...

What do you think an AG rate cut this week or next does to the markets after the initial pop? I am thinking AG owes Bush this much perhaps in exchange for a Greenspan moderated tax cut.
I also buy into bams asset reallocation/tax gain theory and John Shannon's quarterly tax cut liquidity problem. Leads me to believe that we will see the best prices in here for the next two weeks before a substantial rally(whether bear market rally or not).
