Buying dips sensibly can be great for longer term holders if you have done your DD and established what you believe to be a Fair market Value for your stock.

Unfortunately this generation of stock "investors" wants instant gain and gratification, so trying to catch "falling knives" when major support is broken is not easy and probably pretty stupid unless you are very experienced and have a strong stomach.

What gripes me most about this market is not how fast stocks fall, but those that fall on no news. If a company drops 20% because it missed consensus earnings by 20% or so, I can understand it. With EXDS I am mystified why it has been dropped 60% from highs of a week or so ago.

Has it been targeted by a hedge fund and if so, why? I guess they figure they can easily move it up and down and maybe back uo again almost at will?

I don't know how one best determines what stocks hedge funds
are targeting. If anybody does, I would love to know.
