Ah the question of when.
It is a matter of time but I think the time is March or a "surprise" cut at the end of FEB.

1)Employment is still near all time highs,
2)There is a "bubble" in Financial stock that needs to be fixed IMO
3)Greenspan does not like Bush tax cut plan.

3 good reasons for a delay IMO.

If we decay into close, will be interesting to see which sectors get hit. Often the afternoon takes out what held up in the AM, if the close is bad enough.

Semis and biotech holding up relatively well so far....
