Au contraire, a welcome move in the direction of sanity. Now we need another 10 days like this. Amzn was an insanity for the obvious fools. But GE is the insanity of the respectable money managers. When that one in broken to bits, it will be obvious that there is no justification for 20,000 mutual funds all of them holding msft, csco and ge. That was even more of a bubble than priceline. How did GE deserve a p/e of 50 anyway ?
