It all depends on the Fed. If AG accomodates, everything goes up. If he doesn't, I'm going to wish I hung on to some of my shorts...

Lumber prices are down since the US/Canada Softwood Lumber Agreement expires in March 2001. Restrictions on mports from Canada will end. Good for homebuilders profits. Not so good for lumber wholesalers in the interim.
