Evangelicals of any color are anti a woman's right to choose, are vehemently against gays and are in favor of converting the world to their religion. In fact, many believe they can only get into Heaven if they "save" other humans by converting them to their religion. That is why they are so quick to shove their beliefs down everyone's throat. They believe in literal translation of everything in the Bible. Some believe that tithe's go directly into the Pastor's pocket for him to live on. Support of the church is in addition to tithing !!!! Evangelicals often homeschool their children because they fear that public schooling can lead to homosexuality. They feel that when their children are changing into gym clothes , members of the same sex are likely to "get ideas". Sports for girls is also dangerous for this same reason because sports activities make girls act like boys. SOme of these groups make women were long dresses and forbid them to wear pants that are man-like.Many of these Evangelicals are against the teaching of evolution. I spent a few years with Evangelical Protestants and find many of them to be the most bigoted, judgmental, and anti Christ-like people on earth. It's no shock to me that they are Republicans!!!!!!!!
