Let me know if you see any revised LIHEAP numbers. That should eat up a sizeable chunk of this year's budget surplus that George the second was anticipating (in addition to reduced capital gains tax.) And he'll have to pay up 'ya know. He won't let his big energy buddies to take a hit though he might care less about the low income, elderly and disabled. Geez, just think of the LIHEAP bill CA alone will produce if the increased costs gets passed to consumers.
