I was reading some William O'Neil over the weekend and he talks about the 3 legs of a bear market. You would think we have to rally at some point to set us up for the final downleg this spring. I don't think this is the end yet. I still know too many people who are holding because they know things will turn around. We have to go back up a little and then down hard one more time to knock those people out once and for all.
