To bad for a company that seemed to start out so good seemed to go the other way after the buyout. Kinda reminds me of the Lycos/qcharts situation.

I couldn't have said it better myself. I've had similar problems with CyberX2, and with tech support people. Today was the last straw -- I have to find another broker/platform. I've been with Cyber since mid-1999, the last month has been horrible from a reliability stand-point. What really burns me up is they act like the software problems are no big deal. They don't seem to realize that real money is on the line! I had a NICE list of shorts to trade today & I ended up sitting on the sidelines b/c of software problems. ARGH!!!
