Are you drinking yourself?...legally drunk is legally drunk period...that is why we have these laws...I guess if you raped a woman but did not complete your orgasm that this should not constitute a rape...and if this was indeed such a marginal case, why did George not bring it up himself years ago (please, no protecting the daughter bit)?

A DUI would have been higher and a DWI higher still. He was from Texas that had no drinking and driving laws and I'm sure that having 3 beers with friends never crossed his mind about legal limits.
