The FMOC cut short term interest rates by 50 basis, and the NDX rallied 15.75% before pulling back some. After the immediate euporia dies off and the focus shifts to the reasons behind the FOMC move, will another selloff ensue?

ARBA too which I'v already filpped )
If this NDX can bust 2500, I see 3000 as next resistance
