Thanks for the roses, John. I'm glad you've found our meandering discussions to be of interest.

It's been a brutal ride for jdsu/sdli afficiandos, as Dancelot can attest. Since neither of them are in my personal portfolio, I'll defer to one of the experts. For starters, you might want to read Judith Williams marvellous Project Network Report on jdsu:

Part 1: Message 15057320

Part 2: Message 15060249

Reformatted chart for Part 2, courtesy of John Stichnoth:

Part 3: Message 15060398

Part 4: Message 15060543

How about a report on the report after you finish reading them?

Many people here seem to think that SDLI and SDSU
are going to be gorilla status once the merger is
through.

Just to be clear, John, I don't believe any of the regulars here think of JDSU in any form to be a Gorilla candidate. It is most certainly a very strong King.

I advise against asking for "technical" (fill in the blank) anything on the Gorilla thread. No TA here, except for fun and fighting.

Next year's PE will be higher than it is now. That's what my table napkin says. <g>

Thanks for the nice words.
