I found this post on AMD Zone: amdzone.com

I got my 1200mhz TBird from tcwo this morning and was pleasantly surprised to find that the L1 traces hadn't been opened. Did I just luck out or have others gotten them this way?

This would be an interesting way of solving the 100/133 MHz FSB issue.
