It certainly does, and I'm happy that you have chosen to post on this thread (the only one I really follow). While I feel that you should have cut your losses on the i850-PCI-bus snafu, I (and likely many others - members and non-members both) feel you contribute a significant amount of useful information.

For me, the most gratifying aspect of the AMD Mod thread is the technical information - not the BS Intallabee vs AMDroid rants ;)

I'm an admitted fan of AMD it is true.. I dont however go into the Intel Forum on here and post glowing stories or tech stuff I find on AMD.. nor do I go in there and post every bad story I can find about Intel (and in the year 2000, there were plenty of opportunities to do so)
I may post something in response here in the AMD forum to whoever comes in here looking for trouble (such as our Rambus colleagues) but if they come in here and incite things, thats fair game as far as I am concerned. Nothing wrong with posting information or reports to counter FUD or misplaced arguments - dont you agree?

Again.. theres a difference between doing that and deliberately going into a competitors message base and inciting or upsetting everyone.. or hinting you're privy to the next big thing that will do everyone in on here, because you're involved in the day to day workings of that particular company. (Arent there rules against that from the SEC or something? you should be careful)

Semi responded to this question:
Ever visited a tech hardware place like Aces Hardware? I would think that would be much more stimulating for someone who is obviously a techie type.

Dont be so paranoid.. Of course I am not advocating censorship. I just wondered whether you had ever visited Aces or JC's or any other # of tech sites and participated in the forums. Being they are more techie based and have more technical ppl in similar fields as you .. I would have thought you'd be a sure bet to be there, but then, since those same people would surely dispute some of your assertions, but be on strong technical footing, whereas not everyone in the investment thread here is, perhaps you've decided to shy away from them.
