should any judge be silly enough to take the case

Well, the attorney general would have to file for a dismissal, and guess which AG that will be?

Yep... whoever Bush is able to get confirmed by the Senate, with the current "golden boy" being Mr. Ashcroft right now. And Ashcroft is catching it from every liberal civil rights group in DC, in particular, the NAACP and other CR "think tanks".

Yeah... the Black Caucus types are sharpening their political knives in anticipation of launching a political race war upon the Bush administration. It isn't good enough that Bush has shown himself to be more diversification minded than his predecessor.

Nope, for the Mfumes and JJs of the world, it isn't enough that individuals who are credits to their race, as well as to all humanity, find their way into a position of governmental authority.

No, they want only LIBERAL minorities in office. Anyone else is merely an Uncle Tom in their eyes, regardless of their qualifications (of which Powell and Rice possess boundless quantities of)...

Now someone tell me racism is a false front for the liberal agenda.... Tell me that liberals are hell-bent on convincing every minority that they don't have what it takes to make it life unless the government hands it to you.

Tell me which is the greater racism... rewarding human excellence, whatever the color, or brain-washing masses of people into believing they "aren't good enough"?

Regards,

Ron
