again, i caution to read too much into it...although if he said that very recently, it sure counts as a positive of sorts.
let me put it this way: the sentiment data are certainly improving a bit...Cramer's de-tout belongs with those. however, they don't mirror the enthusiasm that reigned at the top...just as that was characterized by weeks on end of incredibly low p/c ratio readings, plunging Rydex ratios, and polls reaching historic extremes as well, the opposite should occur as we approach a low.
