Dear Peter: If that is true is certainly seems SILLY to me. If I understand Bush's preliminary foreign policy he would lean more toward PULL BACK from estrangements overseas whereas this might cause just the opposite. I dont see what the Ruskies hope to gain from all of this. JDN
