During the conference call, it sounded to me as if MTSN is getting an unexpected $200M, mostly in receivables, with the Steag part of the merger. Even with the new number of shares, 35M rather than the 21M used for 4Q numbers, that sounds like a real windfall to me.

This is absolutely huge. Like about an extra $6 / share in assets that are very close to cash... Unless Steag only sold its equipment to deadbeats.

Am I missing something? ... or was Steag's accounting system so atrocious they didn't know what they agreed to when they signed off on the merger.
