The alleged stroke happened after a military parade.

The Iraqi authorities have denied reports that President Saddam Hussein has suffered a severe stroke.
"These press reports are stupid and do not even merit a response," a spokesman for Iraq's Information Ministry told reporters in Baghdad.
An opposition group based in Damascus, the Supreme Council of the Islamic Revolution in Iraq, issued a statement on Monday saying the 63-year-old leader had suffered a "severe stroke" the previous day.
Another Iraqi source told the London-based newspaper Al-Sharq al-Awsat that the president had collapsed after suffering a stroke and was taken to a hospital in Baghdad where he was put under intensive care.
The source, who asked to remain anonymous, said Saddam Hussein became ill during a banquet after a military parade to mark New Year.
During the march-past - the largest in 10 years - the president stood up from time to time to fire a rifle into the air.
Rumours
Iraqi sources have pointed out that there have been previous scare stories about his health.
Reports, some based on rumours, circulated last year in particular.
Some of them said he had suffered several bouts of exhaustion, while others claimed he had been stricken by cancer more than two years ago and that it was spreading to his lymphatic organs.
