Where to go. As rough and crude as the site still remains, marketspirit is still active...well, not in the posting category, but the lights are still on there. And yes, PMs work there. Only problem is that there is that your inbox doesn't light up when you have new messages.

At RB you can send emails to each other, at least that's what I've read. You have to set it up. But RB doesn't tell you when someone has posted to you so you have to read the threads.

i just learned that an old friend of mine that was an option floor trader has given up the business because it is no longer profitable.
