There are a couple of things I try to read every day.

One of them is the daily commentary of
comstockfunds.com

These two guys (there was actually a 3rd partner a while back) called the peak in the real estate market back in the 80s. Put your money where your mouth is? One of them actually sold his house short. He sold it, then rented it back. Talk about conviction. Anyway, they're making the valuation case lately for the bear to continue.
