Dave, I realize you are only trying to be helpful. I do personally think your DD as you call it is a little slighted in that it only contains positive information related to EXDS. IMO to properly research a stock to invest in you need to kick the tires a little more and look for any scratches & dents so to speak. In other words you need to peruse the financial statements (p&l, balance sheet), quarterly reports filed with the SEC (10-Q) and look for any red flags. That's the point to DD, you need to uncover everything both good and bad.
