In all likelihood Microsoft shorted as many shares as it purchased, just as they did with Apple.

So if you are counting on MS for a boost for CORL shares you are out on a limb...

Aren't we talking about the shares Microsoft is selling? Your post said MSFT was interested in buying shares of CORL.

Until I see a legal filing stating that they are net buying additional shares I continue to believe that MSFT is SELLING shares short to hedge their "Investment".

Regardless of buying or selling, if they move a significant amount they must file something.
