cutback on buildout is exactly what he said, I think he mentioned having at least 2 years before worrying about the well running dry....dot. com customers were primarily what he spoke of in his presentation and pnap technology seemed targeted at the amazons, go2nets, etc. to increase speed to their sites. No source other than what the CEO stated and eluded to. I do like how they charge for the bandwidth even if data is routed from one pnap to another without using the OC's. More pnaps = less cost for OC bandwidth = higher profit margins
