Yes, this was the first BURST RALLY! In my opinion, there will be at least 4 more in January. . . they will come at times when fear is resumed and everything is at its bleakest. . . I'd say we are about one week away from the next . . . though I'm going home heavy tonight. . . expecting a resumption tomorrow. . . the first serious follow-through in many months.
