Just to give you some flavor, it's a six page list, organized by state, with local and/or toll free numbers provided. In addition to Verizon, it includes (local branches of?) Alltel, Bell South, Wireless Zone, US Cellular, SBC, Liberty Cellular, Ameritech and some smaller companies. As one might expect, for technical if no other reasons, it does not include Nextel, Sprint or AT&T. There are also step by step instructions on how to get the G* phone activated for/by a terrestrial SP.
