JRI, don't feel bad, no one knew. I expected the Fed was going to wait until the labor reports were out later in the week. It is hard to guess this market. The interest rate change blows all short term analysis out of the water. It was looking pretty dismal this morning. A lot of stocks were down from yesterday. Once the euphoria subsides will things change? I don't know. Remember how the market flew when the was a rumor of a rate reduction a number of weeks ago and the subsequent pull back? Now that we have the real thing we might not look back. Is this all it will take to dissipate earnings worries? You tell me. Maybe the more astute out there can give us some guidance. GH
