Rick: Thanks for your thoughts on the Axiom valuation. However, given that Cadus put the same $4 million in Axiom as did Biacore (with the Cadus money coming much earlier, of course), I would think you'd at least value the Cadus stake in Axiom at $4 million. In any case, my own admittedly rough guess on the value of the Cadus stake is quite a bit higher than yours – as I posted on the SI KDUS board in November, I estimate the stake is worth about $11 million.
