H, something strange about the action on WAT. FOr most part of the day it traded lower. When the trash bid higher, this was walked up higher - get this - with bid higher than ask! UFB! The last trade was at 3:58 for 77 and the closing bid was 78 3/4 ask was 77 1/8! What do you see here?
