Right on Chic---- What's with the Surprise Cut anyway?. Why not cut at a regular meeting? The surprise cut is obviously to bail out the idiots caught in the market and if it actually helps the economy , well that is secondary. The idiots who get this kind of service are big idiots who are used to this kind of help.
