Hi tg & all - the following piece of news from Briefing.com is not about NT, but it has enormous ramifications

15:43 ET XO Comms (XOXO) 19 15/16 +4 1/8 (+26.1%): -- Update --
As noted in 09:54 comment, shares of telecom services company
benefiting from a combination of a short-squeeze and improving
rate/lending environment. In a note out this afternoon, Prudential lists
CLECs among the stocks it expects to benefit from this environment.
Believes that XOXO has the most to gain if the capital markets open to
new fund raising.

it looks like the Street may be inclined to turn on the tap for the CLECs. With the Fed relaxing the rate in such a dramatic fashion [i.e., 50 basis pts,] 1) it may allay the fear of a credit crunch and thus 2) elevate the capex level; and 3) if this is the case, the Street may also look past a short term hiccup [like disappointment due to delivery postponement, so long as the delivery is real.]

best, Bosco
