I remember when Ish invited him to come to his house for a beer or coffee or something. They both live in Illinois. I don't remember anybody threatening to go after Dan in a violent way? Well, if it happened, somebody will have to refresh my memory on the specifics. Publishing addresses is not good even if the intentions are not bad. As I recall though, Dan was always slamming people who use an alias on these threads. I recommend it.
