WLD - How much is it if someone calls you on your US based GSM if you are in Gt Britain, Europe, Hong Kong?

For the countries I have experience with the caller paid the usual long distance charges and I got charged local minutes. Don't really know if that's SOP, but I'll be in France next month so I'll make a point of finding out.

EDIT: Wait, take that with a grain of salt, I need to double check because I think I might have slipped a local SIM card into my phone when that was happening.
