There are many still standing that wouldn't take as long to bring back online. Though, I agree it won't be soon. Another prob in Cali.....the new minimum wage increase.....another of many in the last few years. It probably won't directly affect the Hi Tech industry, especially in the bay area, but it will have ripple affects. However, as a EMS(Electronic Manufacturing Service)provider, we have just given our customers a significant cost reduction, because of productivity gains. I'm not sure if the big guys are able to keep doin the same. :0) Ramblin
