Where's the evidence of excellent metallurgy? Which mine processes heap leach material for $3/tn when the stripping ratio is about 4:1 which about what this appears to be? If metal loss is 20% and the stripping costs from $1.50 to $2 per tn and the grade is 1.2 g/tn Au then the cost of the rock to the pad is $3.85 per tn or $6.60 net /tn pre pad. Then you have to crush it, stack it, leach it, agglomerate? electro win, and , and , and.....not much margin here. If the recoveries are 65% which is more normal what then?

What is the leach rate at 3/4" crush? Further stuff for thought?

<, it seems they have abundant and consistent $8-$10 rock at surface in wide intervals>

Here is what I get:

Section Weighted Value
Avg.Grade /ton US$

T-9 1,19 10,37
T-8 1,45 12,58
T-7 1,38 12,01
T-6 1,53 13,35
T-5 0,82 7,09
T-4 1,23 10,74

<With excellent metallurgy and a simple operation, you'd have processing costs of about $3/ton? >

Well initial bottle roll tests were 90% recovery so it bodes well. And mining & processing costs should be below $4

<So waste is going to be the determining factor, and my initial assessment is that waste (or more specifically the stripping ratio) will be nominal?? >

Look low indeed. But it is hard to compute without the good software.

<a little deeper on the 09, 14, and 15 holes. But, you need to go through dead zone (especially on 09)to get there. >

Well take 09... you have to remove 26 meters of waiste to access 72 meters of ore which give a ratio of 26:72 or 0,36:1. Hole 14 is 1,04:1 .. still not bad. But hole 15 is 3,6:1. Still with all the holes starting from surface and being continuous, we have a good receipe.

This deposit is on the top of the hill. Look at the following cross-section:

northair.com

northair.com

Not as good as Alamo Dorado... but I like the idea.

Will see how this thing develops... I am certainly not selling those shares.
