No One seems to have suggested the other possible reason for todays action; targeting the NIkkei. Japans markets were set t open MUCH lower based on our dowturn, and frankly, the banks over there cant tolerate to much more of the realman treatment. This was to help them out: low and behold the yen strengthened...
they will have a hellacious bounce or its truly over.
Everyone in the US seems to forget that Japan is not only the second largest economy, but in a recession and its banks are close to serious trouble..
