I don't know what this has to do with Cisco, but "Nattering Nabobs of Negativism" was a phrase used by Spiro Agnew, Nixon's vice-president and former governor of Maryland, to insult "pointy-headed liberal" critics of that administration. Not long after that Agnew's criminal activities came to light and he was forced to resign as Vice-President of the United States. I forget what his sentence was.
