Steven, Since you are a regular contributor here, I will take time out to address your concerns one by one. . . sorry, if I am short with answers, but I really don't have much time to respond here tonight. 1. Jason admitted he comes here every few months to throw some jabs in. . .and is not a contributor to the thread. . . 2. The thread is not taking a direction, other than trying to do whatever it takes to make some honest money, by working towards figuring things out that are generally unknown. And of course we WILL be moving as soon as is humanly possible. 3. All portfolios are hypothetical. . .for the purpose of measuring your own portfolio against to see how you are doing compared to a buy and hold strategy. This has always been the case, as is stated in most of the disclaimers. . . "educational use" is I believe the term used. 4. The Thread Header of the HOME page is over a year old. The only reason I haven't changed it, is because it is such a low priority for me. If what it says bothers you, I will happily take it down. . .and when I get around to it, will write a new one. . . with more recent stuff. . . As I recall, there was only 1 header before that one, which showed links to calling BAMM from 2.75 to $45. Did newbies conclude that they should buy BAMM? Hardly. 5. I have stated numerous times that I don't trade or hold everything in the portfolios. 6. Everyone knows that we sell completely out of techs in the Spring. Where on earth do you get that we NEVER SELL? Nobody here has EVER said such a thing. It bothers me that you could be here so long, yet forget to sell in the Spring. 7. I thought the Hybrid Trading method was fairly well understood. But it looks like I'll have to write a book on it, so that you can better understand the concept. As for my explanation of the Hybrid Trading Method on the HOME thread, I don't know, Steven. . . it looks pretty clear to me. And it states plainly and clearly that we sell in the Spring. Message 14712057 8. buy when Rande says buy Steven, are you joking? Find me a single post on Silicon Investor or elsewhere, where I say to "Buy" ANY stock. . . ever!!! The closest I get to it is sharing some of my buys or sells. . . or once or twice a year, I may "pound on my keyboard" about a stock. That is about it. 9. I try to qualify all posts regarding what I am buying or selling with whether they are long-term, position, swing or day trades. . . .
