Wrong again. AG No. 1 priority has always been to PAY DOWN THE DEBT. He has stated that GWB's MASSIVE Tax Cut "Plan" WAS NOT in the best interest of the economy.

Hmmm... Let's see... For the past couple of years AG has RAISED rates during Clinton's "spending" administration and now AG SLASHES rates at he beginning of GWB's "thrifty" administration.

I think it's more a shot directly at GWB's irresponsible head.
